ABTA has confirmed that the Norwich-based travel company entered voluntary winding-up. The next step depends on whether you booked a package holiday or accommodation only.

If you booked with SkiYodl, paid for accommodation or still have an unresolved complaint, the route you need to follow depends on exactly what you bought and how you paid.

ABTA says Ski Yodl Ltd, formerly an ABTA member under reference Y6773 and based on Thorpe Road in Norwich, is subject to voluntary winding-up. A liquidator was appointed on 22 July 2026.

Here is what customers need to know.

Package holidays

Ski Yodl sold package holidays, but ABTA says it does not believe there were any current package-holiday customer bookings at the time of liquidation.

Anyone who believes they may still be affected should email:

claimsrequest@abta.co.uk

Include the details of your booking so ABTA can check your position.

Accommodation-only bookings

Ski Yodl also sold accommodation-only bookings. ABTA says these were not protected with ABTA.

Customers who paid by credit or debit card should contact their card issuer for help obtaining a refund.

Customers who paid by bank transfer or another method should register a claim with the liquidator:

RCM Advisory Limited
Telephone: 01603 331960
Email: info@rcmadvisory.co.uk

What to gather before making contact

Put the following information together before contacting ABTA, your card issuer or the liquidator:

  • your booking confirmation
  • invoices and receipts
  • payment records
  • booking and cancellation emails
  • complaint correspondence
  • the amount paid and payment date
  • whether you booked a package holiday or accommodation only
  • how you paid
  •

Keep copies of everything you send.

When contacting the relevant organisation, include your booking reference, travel dates, amount paid, payment method and what outcome you are seeking.

The important distinction is between package holidays and accommodation-only bookings.

Customers may need to follow different routes, so check what you bought before starting a claim.
